Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus features
The basic iPhone 15 models have been revamped to include a shape-shifting cutout on the display screen for app alerts that Apple refers to as its “Dynamic Island” – a style that was introduced with last year’s Pro and Pro Max handsets. The iPhone 15 is a dual SIM (Nano) smartphone with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display and additional protection provided by Ceramic Shield material. This year, Apple has also included the Dynamic Island, which was first seen on the iPhone 14 Pro versions last year. The display has a peak brightness of up to 2000 nits, and the smartphone is dust and water resistant (IP68). The larger 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display of the iPhone 15 Plus.
These include the company’s A16 Bionic chipset, Dynamic Island and a 48-megapixel primary camera — features that were available on last year’s Pro models. This year, all of Apple’s iPhone models are equipped with a USB Type-C port, making them the first handsets to arrive without Apple’s proprietary Lightning charging port. The primary camera on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models, unlike last year’s model, is a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera with a 2um quad pixel sensor and an f/1.6 aperture. A 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an f/1.6 aperture and sensor shift stabilization is also included in the smartphone. The phone has a 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera on the front, which is located on the new camera island for selfies and video chats.

Apple iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max Features
Even during the Apple event, the emphasis was the new titanium frame for the Apple iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. The fundamental effect of the new material is that the Pro models are the lightest Apple has ever produced. The material selection also improves the phone’s structural rigidity.
The new A17 Pro chipset is another big hardware upgrade. As a result, the Pro models are the first smartphones to be released with sophisticated 3nm architecture. Despite the performance improvements and new features, Apple states that the battery life remains unchanged. According to the firm, the Pro models may provide up to 29 hours of movie playback time.
The camera sensors on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have also been improved. Both models have a 48MP primary lens, however Apple claims the sensor is larger than that of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. This should improve the camera’s low-light performance. Macro photography can now be done with the ultra-wide angle lens. Apple also improved the camera performance of the Pro Max versions. It gets a periscope lens with 5x optical zoom, up from 3x on the iPhone 15 Pro and 2x on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.
