It connects to the user’s smartphone through Bluetooth to track the item which the tracker is attached. This new tracker made by Reliance Jio is similar to Apple’s AirTags, but it is more affordable due to its substantially lower quoted price. It is lightweight and is said to be simple to operate.

JioTag price in India and availability
The JioTag is priced at Rs. 2,199 on the Jio.com website, however the tracker is currently available for only Rs. 749. The company is currently offering cash-on-delivery at specified pin codes around the country, but others can place prepaid orders.

The JioTag is powered by a replaceable CR2032 battery with a battery life of up to a year. Using Bluetooth v5.1, the tracker can connect with the user’s smartphone.
